The survey, undertaken by all community pharmacies in England, is called the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire. The report of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing most strongly, the areas for improvement and the actions required to address issues raised by respondents. We dispense NHS and private prescriptions and will give advice on how to get the most out of your medicines.
We keep a comprehensive stock of medicines and appliances, but if we need to order anything then we have regular deliveries throughout the day.
As we are not tied to one medications supplier, unlike the larger pharmacy chains, we have a greater ability to source medications which others find difficult to supply.
We are able to advise and assist on disposals of unused or out of date medications and appliances. There may be some exceptions so please contact us for further information.
